BBC Worldwide names Baylay as non-exec director

BBC Worldwide has appointed Sharon Baylay as a non-executive director.
Baylay has been the BBC’s director of marketing, communications and audiences since May 2009 and is a member of the BBC Executive Board. She was previously general manager of Microsoft’s UK online services division.
