ARCEP names new high-speed internet chief

French communications regulator ARCEP has named Joël Mau as director of high-speed internet markets and relations with regional offices. He replaces Sébastien Soriano, who is taking on a new role with the country’s competition regulator. Mau previously worked in a number of roles for France Télécom.
