PlusTV appoints CEO

Boxer-owned Finnish DTT pay-TV operator PlusTV has appointed Jyri Ratia as CEO. 

Ratia joins from Swelcom, where he was senior vice-president, in charge of new strategic development projects. Previously, he was in charge of sales and marketing for Swelcom-owned cable operator Welho. He will start at PlusTV on January 1.
