RTL names new Croatian chief

Commercial broadcaster RTL Croatia has hired Johannes Zull, CEO of German media company Aegis Media, as its new CEO.

Zull will replace Christoph Mainusch, who will remain on the board of directors. Zull was previously managing director, RTL Interactive and head of strategy and business development at German station RTL as well as managing director of news channel NTV.

Meanwhile, Christopher Baldelli, who is currently head of Groupe M6’s thematic channels division will join the supervisory board of RTL Radio in France. He will join in August and will work alongside Jean-Michael Kerdraon and Jacques Esnous to run RTL Group’s stations including RTL2 and Fun Radio.
