UPC names new Hungarian chief

Betzalel Kenigstein has been appointed as the new managing director of cable operator UPC Hungary. He was previously chief technology officer at UPC Netherlands.

Kenigstein takes over from UPC Broadband president and CEO Gene Musselman, who has been managing the Hungarian operation on an interim basis.
