PMPG in talks to acquire TV Puls

Polish media company Platforma Mediowa Point Group (PMPG) is in talks to acquire a majority stake in local broadcaster TV Puls.

The channel, which was launched in 2001, was originally owned by the Franciscan Order of Monks and subsequently News Corp. CEO Dariusz Dabski told local press that it has received two binding offers for the company, which is expected to close a sale in the next few months.
