Ascent appoints business development chief

Broadcast services provider Ascent Media has appointed Carol Owens as director of the EMEA business development team.

Owens will be responsible for developing strategic accounts, partnerships and media service innovation. She joins from Serco Solutions where she was head of media strategy.
