Belgacom updates TV experience

Belgian telco Belgacom is upgrading its TV service to offer improved menus, increased readability, an optimised search system and personalised recommendations.

A new search system will allows users to quickly find a movie or series in the on-demand catalogue using keywords and predefined categories. In addition, customers will be able to search across all content, including linear channels and on-demand titles, and access a list of programmes, movies or series similar to the ones selected. Users will also be able to create multiple personal profiles that will receive recommendations.

The new features will be updated automatically from June 19.
